Health Wealth and Happiness Spell                                   (excellent cleansing spell for home car work)

Hey Everyone, whether your just browsing or I sent you here, this little energy cleansing spell is my absolute go to favourite. Its well worth the time and energy, it will help to give you that feeling of a fresh start :)
​I had promised a few people a health, wealth and happiness spell for the home that I use and swear by, way nicer than smudging :)

​I would like you to get some lavender oil and rock salt. Mix 6 -7 drops of lavender oil, a heavy pinch of rock salt and water together, say a third of a cup of water into a spray bottle. Move around to all the entry points of your home, doors, windows etc. and sprinkle this mix along the edges of the doors and window frames with the spray bottle and wipe down the frames. At the same time, repeat the affirmation below as your spraying,
 
“We call on spirit to bless this home with health, happiness and harmony”. You need to spray and repeat this saying at every external door and window of the home.
 
After you have done this, light a candle in the most communal room of the house and repeat the below affirmation,

“We thank the spirit for answering our call for health, happiness and harmony may bring peace to our home. Bring peace, bring peace, bring peace”.

The Importance of Magnesium

Hello to everyone, I hope your all doing well. today, I wanted to talk to you about the importance of magnesium in your body. Most of us don't have very much magnesium in our bodies at any given time.  One of the reasons for starting this blog is because my husband Terry and I have been running a handmaking business for 8 years now outside of my reading work. Its hard to incorporate this into my work without feeling like I'm trying to seel something to someone. I don't do that as I believe in free will but have wanted an outlet to at least let everyone know what we do, different products we make and our personal health journeys learning so many things. Below are just some of the things i have learnt about the importance of magnesium in the body

Magnesium supports hundreds of chemical reactions in your body. However, many people get less than they need.

Magnesium supplements have been shown to enhance exercise performance in several studies, but results are mixed.

Magnesium deficiency may be linked to depression. As such, supplementing may help reduce symptoms of depression.

Magnesium supplements may improve blood sugar levels, insulin sensitivity, and other risk factors for type 2 diabetes.

Magnesium may help lower blood pressure levels and reduce several risk factors for heart disease. Still, more research is needed.

Magnesium has been shown to help fight inflammation by reducing markers such as CRP and interleukin-6

People with migraine may have low magnesium levels. Some studies show that supplementing with this mineral may provide relief from migraine attacks.

Some studies suggest that magnesium supplements help improve PMS symptoms, though more research is necessary.

Magnesium is important for bone health. Some studies tie a higher intake to a lower risk of osteoporosis, fractures, and bone loss.

Increasing your intake of magnesium through foods or supplements may help treat certain sleep issues and improve sleep quality. At Native spirit Oils we recommend taking your magnesium through the skin, mainly the feet as the feet have the largest pores of skin on the body. Some studies have shown that magnesium taken through the skin (transdermal) go more directly to the cells that need it. The body uses so much Magnesium each 24 hour period, hence the importance of supplementing. What is Grounding and how do I do it ?

As part of my work I try and teach people how to ground themselves. many times people ask me how to do that as its just not a concept they have come across as yet. To me and many other deeply spiritual people its such an important action for your body and soul. it reduces anxiety!

The absolute easiest way to ground yourself is to go outside and literally walk around in bare feet, feet on the actual earth as opposed to that fantastic flooring you just put in.

I find my best grounding work is done one step further. I ask my clients to head outside somewhere, in your own yard or at a park, somewhere with trees that is comfortable to walk with no shoes. I ask my clients to be bare foot and simply put their hand or some part of their body against a tree. What happens when you do this is that you become a conductor of tree energy to earth and earth energy to tree. The earth energy is travelling up through your feet, through your body, opening all the chakras as it goes and moves out through your arm and hand into the tree. The tree energy moves through your hand and arm, through your body, opening the chakras as it goes and ending through your feet back into the earth. If you can do this for a few minutes 2 or 3 times a day, you will notice a difference in yourself. You will want to go outside and do it. If you can do some good strong breathing, into the diaphragm whilst your there even better. If you can head to a park or place with a wide view and possibly sit in a cloth deck chair pushed up against a tree with your shoes off for a lengthy period, that is prime time earthing right there. It doesn't have to be grand, we don't have to hug trees and climb them.

Of course there are many more advanced methods of earthing and grounding oneself but we must be able to enter into earthing quickly as life is busy and this is one easy way to do it.
